Refund the heater and the R250 that vanished from my account please

I bought an oil heater from home choice it was delivered on the 14/4/2022 I was not home then a few days later I came back inpa ked it but it was not switching on I contacted Alva company about the heater but they wanted me to take it to them I didn't have transport then I contacted homechoice to lodge in a complaint on the 20 April 2022 on the 25/4 they wanted pictures and proof of payment of which I send I kept on sending emails until they collected it on the 12 May 2022 then I had to ask why the heater I not refunded but they collected it ever since they haven't responded to my emails nor refunded the money to my account and the R250 that suddenly vanished also on my account but they are taking instalment for the heater that they took and refude6to redund
