Refund requeston overpayment
No understanding and communication requesting refund, I won a competition and received a R4000 credit from home choice, Placed the order for R4198.00 called them to advise the balance is the correct amount to pay, Received sms to pay R4729.05. Paid this today, called the offices spoke to a lady forgot name how advised was only suppose to pay R198. not R729.05., I want the balance paid directly to my account before Wednesday, this is because no once of the agents I spoke to read the notes on the system and I have received numerous sms's and email to pay the full amount. Even one of the supervisors I spoke to Shanaaz advise that I must pay for the delivery cost of my order when this was a competition and was told today that Homechoice covers the delivery cost. Please can I have the rest of my Balance I paid

14 Sept 2020, 20:51This is just an automated system, please correct what was made wrong. handle your queries as if its the last client you have... please respond timeously and call me at the same time to find out what the real issue is once you have done your work from your side , please bear in mind that this is a competition that was run on one of the most reputable radio stations and should i give them feedback they will never host something like this with your company again. I expect a call and my delivery before close of business week and refund paid to my account as this was a critical judgmental mistake from your company. So help me help you make us both a successful story.
