REFUND QUERY
homechoice overcharged me and they are running away with my refund. on may i bought an item of R1600 but to my surprise i was charged R3200 via PAY JUST NOW for order number ***1. i been on back and forth with pay just since may for this matter only to be told its homechoice who made the error on their side and they must issue me with refund difference. Homechoice i want my money and i want it NOW

18 Sept 2026, 12:30Its been 3 weeks now and Homechoice is playing monopoly with my money they been telling me nonsense that they are busy investigating and the investigation takes 48hrs and I been waiting for full 3 weeks for them and PayJustNow to sort this nonsense out and refund me my money but NO Homechoice still says the matter is still under investigation. What nonsense is that??? 3 weeks of investigating?? Im sure people who are investigating this are the the same people who are still investigating Chirstopher Wallace ******
