Refund query

This is a very bad service I have ever experienced. I bought goods in April this year. I was not happy with the colour and returned to their showroom within 7 the goods were credited on 26/04 but I'm still battling to get my refund till now. I went to their showroom on 30/05, was told it will be paid within 7 days. Seven days has passed and its going for 14 I'm still waiting.
