Refund query

I'm really not happy about homechoice, I have over paid them and requested refund which they didn't even take it on consideration cause instead of resolving my query ,the sales agents keeps on calling me as if I didn't log any query.... Homechoice it's just a company that needs to take without giving back .. disappeared customer
