refund not paid .always getting stories

I bought bedding as advertised on TV .and got the wrong items I sent them back and tried to order again but this time they said they were out of stock so I requested a refund .which they said it will take 14 day .till today every time I call home choice they say the refund was done they don't know why its taking so long since beginning of December 2018 we are now in Jan 2018 going to a second month ..I want my money back
