REFUND ME MY MONEY

I called home choice to inquere about my refund was put on hold for 20min,just to be told that my refund was submitted on the 13th and that fund will be available in the next 48-72 hours. Till today still now refund they telling me they having a delay on their side. HOMECHOICE PLEASE FIX YOUR DELAYS AND PAY ME MY REFUND.
