Refund horror

i was handed to the lawyers for homechoice i paid it off i have a paid up letter. on the 16/10/2022 i paid an amount of R800 in to homechoice account by mistake i called a million times they tell me my account was handed over but they can see the money i must call legal department, when i call they don’t answer my calls instead the drop my calls, Homechoice i don’t owe you please refund my money
