refund for the out of stock order

I have order 5 piece adele bedding set at homechoice and I was informed that it was out of stock after depositing the money and I should choose something else then flat sheet set then after a day on the 07 November I decided to just cancel my order and get my refund because I wanted the adele set which is apparently out of stock .I was told that they will deposit the money to my account since up to date I haven't received my refund yet .I really regret trying to buy something at homechoice since it was my first time .when I try to call the customer service immediately when the here that I want my refund the hang up the phone please pay back my money.
