Refund

I am highly disappointed in Homechoice, I placed an order and one month later delivery never occurred all to find out that order was cancelled by them due to "non payment" according to them. I sent through bank statement to show that payment was made yet 7 working days later I have still not received refund due to me.If there was a option of zero rating I would surely rate them zero
