Refund

I have been asking for my refund since the 25th may,I was debited twice even now I still haven't receive my funds yet, on the 11th June I received an SMS from home choice "HomeChoice: Your refund has been approved. Funds will be available within 48- 72 hours. For more information please contact +***" the turn around given has passed, when I call the company the consultant is telling me that I still have to wait for 5 days again so I dont know what's happening at homeschool
