Refund

I have purchased a 3 piece bedding set only to find out that it doesn't look like the picture, I want a refund and I have been waiting for a refund from the 10th of March 2021 and I'm still waiting. all I have received so far is only SMS and when I try to call the call centre and being placed on hold, no one is taking this matter seriously.
