Refund

I ordered 2 get 1 free blankets at homechoice online and I paid cash,they asked for my proof of payment i sent it to them via email they sent me an SMS confirming my payment.They sent me an SMS that my parcel was dispatched, sent another SMS saying I'll receive my parcel within 24 hours,sent another that the courier will require my ID when they deliver and they'll call me.It was Tuesday the 25th of June when I received an SMS saying that a third party accepted my parcel on my behalf,I called in to say that I was home the whole day of Monday and Tuesday and there's no third party that accepted my parcel.They then checked for me and confirmed that it was Maria who accepted my parcel,I told them i don't know any Maria they then asked me to write an affidavit to say that I don't know that Maria.I did so and sent it to them and now they tell me they haven't received it and that it will take time to make an investigation to what happened to my parcel since there's a third party involved(courier company).I said I now want a refund because I no longer need the blankets and that they should not make their problems mine I gave them the right address and they decided to give Maria my parcel without my ID and without calling me.I need my money asap and they'll deal with their courier company and should leave me out of it
