I bought a wardrobe 3 months ago, they delivered it in pieces(disassembled) and left it there without assembling it and without a manual. i called them several times, they kept on promising that someone will come and fix it, i waited for two months. last month i went to their head office, i was told that i stay in a high risk area and they o not send their people to come fix things in those areas, they are telling me this after 2 months of promising me that someone will come .i asked them to take their wardrobe back they told me they cannot take it back because the 14 days has past, who's fault is that? and they told me i cant take it to the post office because post office does not take heavy things.now i am stuck with their disassembled wardrobe without a manual and now i get calls everyday asking for payments.
