Receive incomplete parcel from homechoice

I order an acer laptop the agent said I will receive it with a laptop bag,mouse and speakers .When I receive my parcel it was only the laptop, so I called their customer service was promised that the remaining items will be delivered within 14 working days .It's been over six weeks still waiting and all they do are empty promises .
