RE: LATE DELIVERY & WAITING FOR HOMECHOICE MANAGER TO RETURN MY CALL FROM DECEMBER 2017
Please noted I had placed an order as per below on the 15th of December 2017 and the promo was that we get out delivery before the 24th of December 2017. I called Homechoice many times requesting about my package and was either brushed off by saying we will return your call or the call were disconnected by rude customer care assistances.
On another telecom with the customer care rep, I requested to speak to the Manager and was told due to it been festive period there were no managers on duty, which is totally laughable.
Basis the above I therefore requested the customer care representative to include a note under my account for the manager to call me back urgently and to this date 21 February 2018 I have since to receive that call.
I received my package on the 5th of January 2018 with a huge sticker saying delivery before 24th December 2017. This was gifts for family members and was embarrassed that I had nothing to give over the festive period.
So I ask you; if this delivery wasn’t done on time why should I pay delivery charges of R125,82? I was promised delivery before 24th December 2017. I am not interested that it’s another company that does your delivery, the fact that you use them it’s your problem.
I want the MANAGER TO RETURN MY CALLED IMMEDIATELY - (telephone number) .
i received a reply on 08 MARCH 2018; "Quote Dear Customer Thank you for your enquiry We tried calling you on your contact number - (telephone number) ,but to no avail. We apologise for your inconvenience during the festive season with deliveries and as you know all business account for the sceleton staff that some business would have. Our business is relient on an external courier company and we will asses what happened to your delivery. Once again we do apologise for the inconvenience caused.
