Randomly, I owe HomeChoice after settling the account.

`HomeChoice is raiding me and saying that I owe them money whereas the account was settled in full in October, and funny enough I even paid more than what was outstanding.

Come December I'm being asked about the payment when will I make it, njani when the account was settling back in October. Even more bizarre, the money I OWE was reversed in November and it was paid / debit in June or July and here's a funny part, the money in this case was debit from an FNB account and Reversed in ABSA account, how insane is that? After 3 months.
