Quick to take your money - pathetic customer service!
I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from homechoice. I ordered, paid online and waited almost 2 weeks for delivery; only to receive broken goods... I called their customer service desk immediately and was told the item will be collected. That was a week ago. I have since followed up twice and every time all you get is "we have a backlog and can't tell you when order *** will be collected". I requested a refund which HomeChoice also don't allow??? I don't want a credit with homechoice!!!!! I want my money back. This is pathetic customer service.

After my previous post, I was contacted and I canceled 3 meetings on Friday to accommodate Homecoice regarding a collection of broken goods sent to me. I was assured that the collection will be before or at 13h00 only to receive a phone call to state "sorry our driver is stuck in traffic but he will be at your premises before 14h00". Then at 14h45, I received another phone call stating the driver will be dispatched immediately... Where was he stuck if he was only being dispatched at 14h45... Once again I was patient. Just after 15h00, I got another call to state "oh sorry, collection can't be on Friday - only Saturday or Monday". It is now MONDAY and guess what???? Still no collection!!! I DEMAND to speak to the Managing Director/CEO of Homechoice - not some call center operator with an attitude and I also DEMAND my money back in my account TODAY -or I will be taking matters further!!! Homechoice sucks!!! Just empty promises, broken products, pathetic excuses, and all-round **** service with an attitude. I will caution anyone to avoid Homechoice at all costs!
