query not attended to on time
I bought a fridge in November 2020 (Hi-sense) and as I am typing this review the fridge is not working. I reported the fridge on the 8th of January 2021, they told me it takes 7-14 working days, today is the 15th day and when I call today I was told to wait for 24hours because the consultant who put in the query did not specify what is the problem with the fridge.
The food that i bought in December was spoiled and I cant even buy grocery and they told me to wait 1 more day. You are getting on my last nerve HOMECHOICE.
Why do i have to use this platform for my voice to be heard
Be careful guys when purchasing electrical /kitchen appliance from homechoice.
