A ********** account was opened under my name, ***** department emailed me a letter in Sept 2021 to confirm its a ********** account. I've had to call numerous times and emailed to get the account closed and removed from ITC. Eventually the account was closed on 26 March 2022, but to date no one can email me a letter as proof that the account has been closed. I've called 3 times some to 3 different people but non of the customer care agents can do anything other than escalating the issue. Supervisors are not available. This is the worst company to deal with and I'm not even a customer. They negatively affecting my credit score and I'm not even a customer. Putrid Service. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM THEY THE WORST I'VE EVER CAME ACROSS.
