proper people to be hired for the job

I bought a boom box from home choice for R7 500 I have paid more than R500.00 into the account now my balance is R8 700. on the 31/12/2018 my balance was R8 200 then again I paid R460.00 to my surprise it went to R 8700.00. I think home choice need proper accountants and people who can do their job properly. the attitude you get its like they are just giving you not a customer
