Premium Price, Poor Quality — Still Waiting for a Fix
I purchased a set of supposed premium pots from Homechoice, expecting durability and quality. Less than 10months in, the lid knobs started breaking off — clearly not built to last. I raised a repair request back in July and have followed up multiple times since. Despite all that, I’m still waiting for the knobs to be repaired or replaced. Extremely disappointed with both the product and the after-sales service. What a waste of my money!!!!

Now im having to raise a query as new, even though this was initially raised with them in July already, Now I must drive out to a showroom far from where I reside! Courtesy, good customer service after the amount I spent, frustration, continuous follow ups would have been to deliver the replacement parts to my door step, the same medium used when I ordered the so called premium product!
I am so disappointed!!!
Now im having to raise a query as new, even though this was initially raised with them in July already, Now I must drive out to a showroom far from where I reside! Courtesy, good customer service after the amount I spent, frustration, continuous follow ups would have been to deliver the replacement parts to my door step, the same medium used when I ordered the so called premium product!
