Potential Privacy Breach

I am by no means an expert when it comes to the law however I am led to believe there is a serious breach of privacy.
This is the 2nd month I have received my gran's statements to my personal email address - we have NOT at any point authorised Homechoice to send her statements to me.
I have asked and she did not receive her statement last month.
Three years ago my gran bought something on her account online ( with my help)
I remember entering a competition as well BUT did NOT give Homechoice authorisation, nor did my gran for your company to now send her statement to me.
Surely this is sensitive information and a serious breach of her privacy. W/o dragging this out... I am sure you get my point?
I EXPECT:
- Homechoice to investigate WHY her statements landed up in my mailbox and who authorised this change on her account?
- I EXPECT Homechoice to send my gran an OFFICIAL Letter of apology and reassure her that her information is safe with your company.

This is NOT acceptable - what if it did not end up in my mail box? She is a senior citizen so do your best RESPECT her and her PRIVACY!

I would like feedback of this matter ASAP please.

Regards

Stephanie Claasen
