Poorest service ever

I placed an order on the 07th of April 2023. On their system, it says my order is out on delivery on the 18th of April 2023 06:40 am. I still haven't received my order. When I called to asked about it, they said they don't have my cell number. They say they called on my landline to deliver but there is no record of a missed call. But to my surprise, I have received a few calls from them from sales department on my cell number. So now I don't understand that delivery doesn't have my cell number but sales has it. They say the order is supposed to be sent back the the Cape Town warehouse and then they will credit my account and then buy the goods again. They don't have an estimated date on when they will receive the order so that they can credit it. This is a cash order and it's almost a month. I regret buying from them. I will never buy from them again. Poor service. I don't know when I will receive the gods, if ever.
