poor services from homechoice.

I order a Lewis shoes sneaker on Homechoice which was R1000 on the 01/07/2017 and on the 06/ 07/2017 when my order arrived it was a wrong shoes, A Tamega Athleisure-rose gold Takkies which was R700.80 I try calling their call center but no one answered . so i end up deciding to take that wrong order. and i payed from that month till January 2018, that'ts when i fished paying them R 700,80. and now they telling me that i owe them. the price of the Lewis shoes that was not delivered. This is a day light ******* and poor services.i will not pay them the price of the shoes which they never delivered and i don't even think they had that shoes.

you mean your consultant? i keep on telling the them the same stories they are harassing me i get more than 10 calls a week since February explaining the same thing even this morning. I don't owe you, so please stop with your call. i payed the price of the wrong shoes you send and i you pay the shoes that was never delivered.
