poor services

I am very unhappy and disgusted about the service i received from home choice. I place an order about 3weeks back. And when i finally get my order delived at my work place i get a lousy letter inside stating that my order is out of stock but they have ordered me something else without my consent..i told the delivery man that i don like what they sent and i was told that i can only return it afyer i have called home choice and i have to deliver the parcel myself at post office which is very far from me now im sitting i dont know what to do with it and should 14days pass then that means im gona pay for the parcel i dont want.. I want this parcel picked up from my workplace as i will not be liable for a fail that was never mine..i am not expecting this kind of behaviour from such a big company.
