Poor Service/ No maintenane when you've bought cash

I bought a double bed at the beginning of 2020 and paid cash for it, I have a complaint about the bed and have gone to report at Homechoice, I have gone 2 times already and I have been promised that I will receive a call from their maintenance. It's been three weeks and nobody has called to assist, but they are very quick to call and want toy to buy from them.
