Poor service Home Choice

I recently purchased a Nursery bundle for my first grandchild. I was told they do not deliver furniture. I arranged transport to collect it as I stay in Ceres and had to collect it at their Wynberg showroom. The store opened half an hour later that Saturday. The man who helped me had me fill in collection papers while he went to get my packages. He later returned and said the driver only brought 1 package. The cot was in the second package, but he would send email to h/office to arrange for the cot to be delivered, as it was their mistake. I could take the other package and they would contact my shortly to arrange delivery. After waiting a week, I tried the Wynberg nr *** supp**** by h/office but they never answer. The support team told me according to their records I received everything, they later said someone would get back to me.Nobody answers my emails either. I'm so frustrated, I was excited about the purchase, they already deducted my instalment but I'm sitting with half the goods.
