poor service from the ***** department after my mothers details was used by homechoice

it is a shame that my mother was ****med by employees of Homechoice and till to day the matter has not been resolved since june 2021 and each time these consultants are giving half baked information. sindiswa from the ***** department has not and never been of assitence. the best way is to take this company to court.
