Poor Service from Homechoice

Dear Peter So dissapointed with poor service from home choice. I ordered a parcel 2 weeks ago but I haven't received it and they don't even put updates on the websites on how far is the parcel. When I called to inquire their consultants gave me so much attitude and they said I must wait for 14 days before I can complain. They say they have no information about the parcel. I will not be buying from homechoice again
