Poor service

I ordered some bedding from home choice, It takes weeks to process and even longer to get it packed. I have been trying how long and it is the same thing over and over. I just spoke to a consultant to try and find out why two parcels is packed but the third is still processing, she was rude and not professional.. I dont think i will order from them again as the service is really poor and I do not want this fight every time I order something. It been a long painful process
