Poor service delivery

I've purchase 4 items at homechoice online. The items were delivered except the free 20m electric cord that's suppose to come with the electric lawnmower. I've purchased the lawnmower because it comes with a free electric cord. Now I have the lawnmower and the line trimmer that was also purchased from homechoice but I can't use one of them without the eletric cord. If I want to use it I must go and buy a new cord to fit the lawnmower and line trimmer that's going to cost me extra money. Its now almost 2 weeks after I lodge my first complaint but everytime if I'm lucky to reach them I only hear the its noted on the system but no progress nor any answer to if or when I will recrive the electric cord. Service is poor I will never recommend any person to homechoice. Useless And they are quick to take their money and if you don't pay they treaten you with further steps taken against you
