Poor service bad Quality

I bought a bed from Home choice in September, which is from Restonic.. I am so unhappy with this bed. I bought it in September and the dents in the bed looks and feels like i bought this bed 2 3 years ago.. The bed needs to atleast last a few years before it breaks but 3 months in and im unhappy. I have contacted Home choices a month ago to complain and to date no call back no one has come to collect the bed. I am disgusted in the service and lack of customer service. I want this bed collected my money back and i would not recommend anyone to buy from homechoice poor service bad quality
