poor service and appliances
After writing a review on hellopeter, Defy sent a technician. i monitored the fridge for a week, the ice is starting to build up like last time. i am not happy with this. i demand a new fridge because i don't understand that a fridge that has only one year can be already on repairs. it makes me wonder how long is its life span.

04 Mar 2019, 10:55Please send me an email. i am tired of you telling me you will get to the bottom of this. i demand a new fridge or you take your fridge and refund me. i have been very patient with homechoice . all you do is promise but never deliver. your service is always poor. in order for people to get a your attention they must go on social media, complain on hello peter and call you million times. but when you were selling your products you were always nice and promising. when it comes to service delivery people have to shout their lungs out. i am not joking when i say you give me a new fridge or you take your fridge and refund me. how come a fridge that only lasted a year and now its on repairs?
