Poor service

I ordered a bedding set from homechoice 2 months ago and still today I am waiting for my order. They say the package has been delivered and received by a Lucky Nkosi but I do not know that person and at the complex that I live in on the surveliance cameras there was no delivery. The issue is thwy say the parcel was delivered but I never received anything and they neveer even called me to sa they are making a delivery. I have called countless times to get this matter sorted but still nothing from them. I do not want to end up paying for something that I did not receive while their department was careless and they are not sorting out this matter.
