Poor service

I bought blankets last year and were delivered to a wrong address. I reported the problem and was told to do an affidavit of which i did, but still the was no positive response. I wrote here on HELLOPETER and i got a response from them saying they will look at the matter and get back to me. That was in April but still to date no one called me or any communications from them. After reading other people's reviews and responses from homechoice they are using an automated response system. At the end they dont really care mxm
