Poor service ..
Been paying my account every month now I’m being told I’m in arrears ..asked them a simple question which month do they think I reversed they said November ..provided them with proof of payment till today is not solve ..You guys better rectify the mistake u made because I don’t wanna involve my lawyers in this .
