Poor service

I am very ****ed with the service i received from home choice I placed orders for heater combo and Shelley bedding sets paid cash Only found out yesterday that the bedding sets order has been cancelled after making a comment on their FB posts and no one informed me They blocked the app as i cannot access it and shows they don't have my details on their system however previous orders i made using the app After an agent called to advised about my orders later on i receive an SMS stating that i have made an order for the heater combo"

Now am waiting for the refund for the Shelley bedding sets when i contact their number the agent drop the call
