Poor Service

Poor service and bad customer service from the rude Driver who delivered the Blanket yesterday to the rude Customer Service Consultant who responded to my Call back of Returning that product, The Blanket which i ordered was not what I expected. An *********** Customer Service Consultant from the Call Centre spoke to me with a bad attitude and when I ask her question she was so rude and asked me another question instead of answering what I was asking her in connection to what she was telling me. She never bothered to finish with my query, She told me the She is going to ask someone else to Call me back to assist me.

Homechoice Call Centre Agents must never call me to offer me any product. After I return that Blanket whicj i had ordered from Homechoice, I am going to block their line.
