Poor service
Homechoice listed me on credit bureau in 2016 for a ********** activity that happened on my account. I informed them in 2017 that I didnt take up any product and they also investigated and got proof that I didn't take up any goods. They promised to clear my name on credit bureau in 2017. Now it is 2019 but I'm still listed on credit bureau because of them and when I call their contact numbers their consultants keep sending me from pillar to post and no one knows how to sort this mess that they put me in. My name is tarnished and my credit record does not look good just because of them and poor handling of such matters
