Poor Service

I did make payment arrangements with Homechoic but every month a company Blake and associates is calling and ask when payments will be done.They even phone in the evenings at 21h00 and demands that you make immediate payments. I ask the lady pls to give me their company registration nr that they are register Debt collectors that she could not provide. I did made payments every month to my account but because of Covid my have lost a lot of her income that have assist us. I made payments that is more than the interest on my account and the fees of this company that is harrasing me at evenings st 21h00.I told them I do not have a problem to make payments as I under financial pressure because of a lost of income from my wife 's side because of Covid is the reason I am in arrears
