Poor Service

I ordered a sewing machine from Home choice in January. After a lot of going back and forth I finally received the machine in March. However the free gift that comes with it was not delivered. I informed them immediately and was told it will be resolved. We went into lock down so I waited. In May I contacted them again and was told the post office delivers free gift and once they operate I will receive it. Been waiting since then. This is very poor service on their side and I always have to follow up.
