Poor service

So i have paid off my debt 3 weeks ago with home choice and since 3 weeks back they say their system is down and they don't even know whivh bank we using to for their own payments, till this day i haven't got my payed up letter, what a poor service from home am soo disappointed at their service, we really not safe with such service in South Africa. Disappointed
