Poor service

I paid off my account which was handed over to MBD in 2021 however homechoice still shows a balance on their side, I have been trying to get help with no luck. I even sent the paid up letter that was requested to *** but until today no response and when I'm calling customer service there is no answer.

Please help this is my last resort
