Poor service

I placed my order on the 15 June 2019 , on the 18 June I received a call from a lady called Barbra she called wanting to confirm my details and we did confirm everything and she informed me that my order will be delivered within 7-14 days.. i waited and after that I received several phone calls from different people from Home choice wanting to confirm the same order and I even asked how many person need to call to confirm an order.. on the 9th of July they delivered the bedding set and on the 17 July the delivered my washing machine which was faulty that machine was damaged and I wonder how they could have packed and delivered something like that there was a big ‘hole’ you could tell that it fell down . I called them and i was promised by their team leader that my order will be delivered latest by Monday and im still waiting when i called today they told me another story that my order was only reprocessed today... poor service
