Poor Service

I just received call from a lady claiming to be Sinazo Kwinana from Home choice ask if i have received my order , did i make payment on the 28/05/2021 she was so rude and raised her voice with me .. i do not appreciate such calls from homechoice as the company is well known to ***** people or their system is easy to be *****ed my money was deducted on the 28/05/2021 505.00 as arranged it was Homechoices consultant who did not updated my bank details in the first place.
