Poor quality and horrible service!!!!!

I've purchased a Restonic mattress from Homechoice. It is less than a year old and I submitted a complain as the matress tore and its dented. It is now three months later since a complained and no feedback from HC but I received calls almost every day from their sales department trying to sell bedding to me. I've told them on countless occasions that I won't be purchasing from HC again. I was then told to go to the branch in Wynberg and complain there, why should I do that again? They then tell me I'm a valued customer but no take the time to investigate. I will not recommend HC to anyone. Now that the debt is settled no one cares. Wow you guys did a really good job at loosing a great customer! Who always paid on time and more than the actual installment!!!! DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN AND TRY AND SELL YOUR BAD QUALITY PRODUCTS!!!!! My next step will be to complain at the Ombusman and NCR
