Poor poor service. Another company full of promisses with rude agents.

Ordered a pair of sneakers got a sms on Monday that package is dispatched. Never received anything yet is says fulfilled. Ordered a Dell laptop package. Money was taken from my credit yet i can not even pick up this transaction on my account.
