Poor online service

Bought a deep freezer online at Homechoice. I wanted to return it but im continuously being sent from pillar to post. Its unprofessional as ive been trying for days on end just to process the return. They indicate that theres an sms shortcode to use; however im still awaiting response. Not happy with this service
