Poor homechoice

Right so I have placed a complaint at homechoice I have emailed you guys and I have called you guys....... There is still nothing being done with my so called order as you guys always have some sort of story. I will take this matter to the consumer act as this is not how you deal with customers. My order is Order ***5 as I received a messaged saying it’s approved but no delivery? Explain to me how?
